Cash, debit, and credit cards have historically been salons’ most widely accepted forms of payment. At Kelce Unique Hair Salon, you can pay us through various modes of payment. We offer several payment options to ensure that the salon attracts a wide range of customers.

Items can be returned for a full refund if unused and in their original packing within 30 days after delivery. If you want an RMA number for returning anything, email us at kelceboss24@gmail.com. 

Returns will only be accepted with authorization in advance. As soon as your return is received at our store, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Our customer care department will email you when your credit is prepared to be provided after receiving and inspecting your return.

Kelce Unique Hair Salon establishes replacement policies. We offer the best replacement options, such as calls, texts, emails, or an online app. It’s essential to give clients at least 24 hours notice.

A refund will be made before canceling or reducing any outstanding installments, starting with the final installment. A refund will be provided to the customer’s original payment method if the total refund amount exceeds all exceptional installments. Once processed by Kelce Unique Hair, your reimbursements typically reflect on your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. If there is still a delay, we advise you to contact Kelce directly.

  • Please request that the box be returned to the sender and refuse the delivery of the goods. The carrier will ship it back to us at no expense to you, according to this.

• Your order has yet to be out for shipment.

  • Free if canceled within 24 hours

  • 10% processing fee for cancellations made after 24 hours.
  • Custom orders can only be canceled after seven business days have passed since an order was placed.
  • You may make one change to the product information for your order as long as the status is not “delivered.”

Tracking your package will give you the most precise estimate of when your order will arrive. The Kelce Unique Hair website or a tracking number might be used for this.

We will send you an email with the carrier information and tracking number as soon as your product is shipped. The tracking number will allow you to track your order on the carrier’s website.
